i havent received my order. its been a month now

I bought a mattress online from them on the 30 September, okay so they say it would take 21 day before will be delivered ( weekends not included in those days) So i waited, the 27 October they sms me saying that it would be delivered on the 29 October, it was not delivered. i called them asking where it is the lady i spoke to said she cant help me i need to call the next day so i did that, they said my order number is not working, so i asked them to check again cause i spoke to them the previous day. i kept calling until they put a formal complaint through, Ive emailed them spoke to the manager via email Tshepo, they then said i never paid which is not true i did pay i got all my proof and emailed Tshepo he then emailed back saying he has forwarded the email to the E-Commerce division.

every time i call they keep me on hold or give me more excuses on why i haven't received my mattress.

i would not recommend buying from them at all.
