I have been de*****ed

I have been de*****ed by sleepmasters Middestad Pretoria. I bought a bed from them in February 2021 and the bed was not good at all, in December I decided to replace it then I went to sleepmasters Pta and was told that my bed was covered by a 1 year guarantee and I could change it for a new or chose a better and pay the difference which is what I was made to do. I picked the better one and paid the difference in December, I even paid for delivery. After doing all that I was then told the suppliers are closed until January. In January I called them I was told to send them a picture of my bed and I did so, then they told they couldn't go on with the process claiming my bed was dirty which I think they were referring to the shadow of the window on the bed pic. I feel I have been de*****ed because the picture interaction was through whatsapp with the so called suppliers but they told me they have sent the message to the branch which will be on contact with me but they didn't. I called the branch the lady who answered the phone told me she just started working there I to her to relay the message to Nomvula, until today I still did get any contact from the branch. I feel I have been de*****ed clearly.
