I bought a Restonic bed last year June ,the bed is not in good quality,i send them email they renspond once

I bought a Restonic bed last year June ,the bed is not in good quality,i send them email they renspond once.I told them i need the new one it been 3 weeks now still no respond.And i have paid it off last week Tuesday.
