I bought a Queen base set at sleepmasters on the 27 november 2024, within a week the bed started to sink, I reported the case at the shop in Khayelitsha Mall, they told me that they can’t change the whole bed, they will only change Mattress, as I asked them to give me other brand, because I lost trust on the bed that I bought ( Sealy Baleze). A month later they brought me the Mattress hoping that it won’t sink as the first one, unfortunately it did the same thing. They changed it again in March or April if I’m not mistaken. Unfortunately it did the same thing again, back to square 1. I requested nicely for them to change the Bed and give me another brand, because it seems like the bed is not okay for us as a Couple. Please help me
