I bought a bed cash for 6500 plus a headboard for 3500. This was early in December 2022. The base was damaged and mattress wasn't right. I layd the complaint immediately that same the with sleep Masters manager, Lindie in Mitchell's plain town center. She promised to replace it as she gave the complaint to head office. It's almost again December and the exchange still wasn't done. The way I feel is to get my money back because I did not hesitate to pay cash and it seems like they gave me a bed from the showroom therefore the bed was not solid.
