Horrific service at jabulani

I purchased a bed at sleep masters jabulani mall on 29 November 2019 and made full payment on the day, I was then told that I would receive my bed after 2 to 3 days, after 4 days I then called and spoke to the consultant who told me I will get my package the following day. I kept calling with no service so I decided to go to the store. When I got there I spoke to Sibonelo also a sure me that I would receive my bed tomorrow which is 12/12/2019.

On the 12th I received a call and then they told me that my bed was damaged so they not going to deliver it as promised.

The manage Sibonelo doesn't seem to care about my frustration because i tell him I want a refund now but he keeps telling me that he told me that the bed is damaged. They tried calling the area manager Simon Ngubane but he also doesn't seem to be interested as he keeps speaking to someone else in the background

I so frustrated at the service at sleep masters jabulani mall........ I would NEVER recommend it to anyone, not even my enemies...... I just want my money back.
