Horrific service

I have purchased a bed in 2021 and since then i have received 2 beds and the second one is faulty. I have not had a good nights rest for over 3 months as the springs are out, i have been trying to contact them via the phone and visited the store however not getting much help until something actually happens as my 3 year old son is with me on the bed. the springs are completly out and if you lay on the one side of the bed the other side lifts up how ridiculous. I have been placed on hold for over 30 mins when calling to speak to a manager and nobody seems to care. the level of customer service is on 1 unhelpful and you dont seem to get anywhere its just we will log a complaint everything you call a new complaint is logged but no feedback is provided.all i want is my money back they can collect the bed as i can not do business with people who does not care about their customers.
