Horrible. Wost service ever

*** I have tried to contact them numerous times where I did not get assistance as I was on a que for 3 hours with no help, I tried sending them emails still there is no response from them ,yet they are deducting in my account each month. The worst thing I have just realized now is that on my credit score profile the account shows that I have missed premiums which I have never done before. I want them to stop deducting my account and fix the mess they made on my credit profile.
