HORRIBLE SERVICE,POOR PRODUCT QUALITY

I recently bought a sealy bed at Sleepmasters Bt Ngebs mall but within a month of purchase the bed has a hole and and that makes it so uncomfortable to sleep on,went to report this matter to the store i did not get any assistance instead i was told to wait for a call from their supplier and they don't know when will i receive that call and yet i paid so much money to them not the supplier for me to sleep in a bed that has a hole.their service is very poor,poor quality beds i think they are selling rejected beds to us.My advice never ever think of buying a bed at SLEEPMASTERS you will regret it,they don't even bother themselves with our complaints even their head office is useless.
