Horrible Service

I sent through a complaint about my bed on the 19th of July and to this day I have had no response from the branch. They keep on having excuses as to why I have not been called yet. How long is a person supposed to wait until the warehouse calls me? This is unacceptable- I am suffering with back pains because of the bed's mattress.
