Horrible service

Absolutely horrible service. Purchased a base set on the 15th, promised delivery on the 21 but guess what, its the 1st of a new month, no base set recieved. The whole company is a big joke. The shop blames the warehouse, warehouse blames the shop. On the 27th, recieved a call from some lady at the warehouse that was shocked the item was not recieved. At this point i dont know who to contact anymore, not sure if il ever recieve what i paid for. What a horror of a company
