Horrible service

I bought a bed on line via payflex. Unfortunately your portal indicates that the order is canceled yet the funds were taken from my account. I have a numerous email with the proof of payment which is my bank statement and the payflex reference or order number for you to trace the payment. However, I haven't received any feedback from you. This transaction was done last week Wednesday. Is there any one who's going to assist me?
