Horrible service

I’m so disgusted by the bad attitude and service that I received from Sleepmasters at [email protected] bought a bed which was never delivered for 2weeks,my kids had to sleep on the floor all cause of the incompetency of the employees of the store.I cancelled my application and never got my refund back which I was told I would get within 14 working days and I’m still waiting for my money.When I go to the store i’m being told stories,I’ve escalated to the complaints department but still no feedback,I’ve called the department as well but was told that it’s not allowed.Please help me get my refund.
