HORRIBLE SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES FROM SLEEP MASTERS

i have bought 2 beds in february and ive been waiting for delivery since then ,your office are unreachable and your branch consultants are not helpul ,i was contacted on tuesday last week by a warehouse consultants after several attempts of getting assisted by protea glen consultants with no success ,i was told that delivery would be done on the 4th of june 2020 ,i indicated that i wont be available since am working ,i however changed my mind and contacted protea glen sleep masters ,i spoke to nomsa for them to change delivery date to the 5th instead of the 6th ,she told me it was imposible as it was already done on thge system ,the 6th i waited for my delivey and it was not done ,i regret walking in your stores to buy those beds ,your service is pathetic and very poor customer service ,all i want now is my delivery and you will never hear from me and i dont recommend sleep masters to anyone ,bad bad services
