Horrible Service and Bad Bed Quality

We bought a Restonic bed from Sleepmaster Lambton on 30 May 2020, the bed quality is so bad the stitching is coming out everyday. We logged a complain with store and their Head office and they said they will come to exchange the bed it been a month now & no luck or feedback. I just want a full refund. This is such horrible service.
