Horrible service

I am livid with the service from the Southgate branch manager. This man Nolan is one of the most ******** people ive ever met! I went in,paid a deposit on my bed and was told that i have a balance to pay.When i came back a week later to pay the balance he tells me and the transport must also be paid. I told him but you didn't say anything about the bed,he tells me i shouldve known. He had a bad attitude and my delivery was delayed so i eventually cancelled due to hes bad attitude.

He called me and offered me free gifts and appologised. I kept going back and forth for my gifts but was told to wait. I waited and then told him the bed is not really comfortable id like an upgrade. He was quick to arrange and i made arrangement's to have the R1000 difference paid. A month went by and no feedback so my husband bought me a bed and told me to cancel.

This idiot tells me the bed was stained. When i 1st complained i told him i was willing to keep the bed in the condition i got it because there were light stains on the bed. He sent the driver in the rain to collect the bed and now tells my husband there was blood on the bed and the bed was filthy! He is going to start the new year right and give me a refund! Who the hell does this guy think he is!!!!!

I sent that bed back in exactly the same condition i got it because it hurt my body i had stopped sleeping on it!

Hes driver asked my helper to put the baby down and help him with the bed! Imagine the damn nerve and then he says the bed is filthy. If its filthy is hes driver that messed it up in the rain that day he picked it up!

When i went in for the refund,i asked Nolan what documents he deeded and he said id copy and bank statement.Now he needs the invoice also. I am willing to email this on as i will not waist another day! I left work early to go and drop all required docs 5 December.Today is the 4th of January and there is no refund! I want my full refund processed asap!!

You need to teach your idiot manager some customer service because he lacks that!
