Horrible quality and service

We purchased a bed from sleepmasters chatsworth but the quality of the bed was so pathetic we returned it and took another bed cause we had an account with them after paying the account in full these ****** still debit us continuously after they sent us a bill which says paid in full but I'm still being harassed by these ****** that debit my account and I'm left with the bank charges at the end of the day and they take so long to refund the payment still waiting for them to refund after a month
