Horrible customer service

Was approved for credit and wanted a queen size mattress on the 8th of march . On the 12th they delivered a bed set which I didn’t order was told they will cancel the order and fetch the bed set . I do follow up every time it’s the 16 of April it’s way past 14 days they haven’t came to fetch bed . I stored the bed for a month in my bedroom taking up space . What ****es me of is the poor customer service!
