Horrible customer service

I ordered a bed on the 5th of January and was sent an sms to say that it will be delivered on the 8th of January. I waited the whole day for the delivery but I still didn’t receive it. I then called their call centre number to find out what’s going on but then they told me that my order wasn’t even shipped out yet, now I’m not even sure when I will get my bed. I’m so disappointed, I regret buying from them cause their customer service is very poor.
