Horrible customer service

I bought a bed (Sealy ****et) online in January 2024 and it's hardly 2 months and the bed was sinking and making sounds. I sent Sleepmasters an email on the 21st February but till today Sleepmasters hasn't responded me.

@Sealy, bad publicity to you because of Sleepmasters.
