Horrible bed shop

I've bought a bed in May at Sleepmasters in Alberton branch and it's now damaged I've logged a complain 3 weeks ago and they told me that they will replace it they've sent a driver to come exchange it, since then I have been waiting for the driver, I call everyday to reach out to them but no one is willing to assist. The bed is not even 3 months but it's damaged already.
