Hi . I bought a bed at sleep masters at rivers square mall three rivers . The bed was delivered the same day and we were really not satisfied with the bed, it looks as if it is an old bed even the springs of the bed are constantly making noise . Very bed product and after 5 days I went to the shop to tell them that I am no longer interested in the bed and I'm asking for my full refund....they just told me that they cant help me I must come when the manager is available. Very bad product and service
