Goods not received after payment made.

Paid cash on the 21st Nov for 2 beds at SkyCity Sleepmasters. It's been a mission to the my beds delivered after paying for delivery... the calls I get from the store are to ask HAVE THEY DELIVERED.. I've wasted my leave days at works because I stay alone and I had to be the one at the property to recieve this delivery. Long story short it's the 30th of November still no sign of my beds. Apparently the delivery people can't reach me but I've never missed a call from the store. Delivery has reached me twice and those people are damn rude.. although we agreed on date.. still no delivery. Communicated my intention to cancel n refund. I will be doing that on Monday. Never again! I'll make sure I tell my friends.. family and neighbors to stay faaar from sleepmasters. No customer service! Like they said to me "I'm not the only customer". Well.. other stores will appreciate my business.
