Furious customer

I bought a bed in Feb this year and only started sleeping on this bed when I moved in April, I sent a complaint through as this bed was hurting my bag, the springs were hurting my back as well, bare in mind my husband and I weigh in our 50s, the collected the mattress in Aug and brought me a new one, I sent an email again stating that this mattress is doing the exact same thing and no one has gotten back to me this far.. I would never buy a bed by them again.. Their beds are ****ty and their services are pathetic
