Funny sounds on bed that is brand new

My bed is still fairly new n already is making funny sounds. I went to the shop where I bought it n they promised to get the supplier to call me to this day am still waiting. I contacted them on the 26th of March 2019. Tried to use their complaints website eversince they say I must send my info which I did, not heard from them since.
