First and Last support of Sleepmasters

Refuse to take back a faulty item (Matrress Topper) at their Bela Bela Store which I purchased at their Woodmead store. The order shows 1 Year warranty, they informed me that I should have returned it within 7 days. Terms and conditions on the website does not state it must be returned at the store of purchase
