Faulty bed.

I bought a bed last year in March 2024 at Sleepmasters in Bridge City Mall but in less than a month the bed started making funny sounds. I made a query about it being faulty and they told me they would give me a new one. I even went to the store to choose a replacement but they have not delivered up until today. I've constantly called them and they would tell me someone will call me but they have not till today. What do I do now? I've had enough.
