Faulty bed

Good day I came to one of your shops in September to buy a Restonic bed and they recommended a Sleepmaster brand. When I got the bed started to give me problems of which I reported and they offered to give me a mattress but I told them that the base is also making noise so I need to upgrade. I came to the store for the upgrade but I was told to wait for the call from them. I never received the call and I came to the shop looking for answers but nothing positive. I told them I am bringing the back because it's been too long and it's frustrating me but nothing happened. I made phone calls but no one cared. Today I brought the bed back and I want my money. The area manager by the name of David doesn't want to talk to me. Please assist me I want to buy a new bed I don't have a bed as we speak. Thank you
