FAULTY 2x BEDS AND UNPROFFESSIONAL RESPONSE ON IT.

At SLEEPMASTERS-PROTEA GLEN MALL - I Purchased 2 Beds t a total cost of R17,400.00 In Aug 2022, Not eveven a year passed the bed was already uncomfortable. You wake up and you can see where u were sleeping (A whole). Called Customer care line, they asked for pictures, Pictures sent, They approved the complain and issued ref numbers this was 31 July 2023, To this date no Update i had to call them and When i spoke to the guy at the Shop he told me he does not know what my complaint is about and why i was upset. As a customer who paid so much money they did not care anymore. to this date no one have come fetched these beds and replaced with good Quality. As per complains - calls closed by the store saying they will call me back.
