False advertising and miss selling

Terrible in store services, I made my deposit 5 days ago for my bed it was scheduled to arrive yesterday. Now, I have been advised that the instore sales employee had given me false information miss selling me . They send me SMS to say they tried calling and when I call the number they left me back, it says that the line is busy for the past 5 hours .
