Failure to render services that were paid for!!

I did an online purchase on the 8th of March 2022.it was says expect delivery within 10-15 working days. I called the next day of the purchase to ensure that they received my payment because I received an email saying I must make a deposit, guy who helped confirmed that they received my payment. I waited over 15 days, no communication on their side. When I called after it was stories of waiting for the supplier to confirm and connect the courier! I was patient to hear when I will receive my order... Kept calling still waiting for the supplier. Days went by turned into weeks and into a month of waiting, in anxiety and anger. Called shouting on the unfairness of this situation and the stress and trauma it's been causing but I was told my matter will be exultated. Called two days after still waiting for report on the order.. I then received an email saying they have been trying to contacting me but with fail. That time I never received a call from them. The morning after I received a call and the lady I spoke with confirmed my city and told me I should expect a delivery within that week this was on the 5th of April. I never heard from them. The Monday after I called him asking what's the hold up, it was still stories. I was told that my matter will be re- exultated. I called the next day they was no progress on any update. I then asked to speak to the manager and I was told that they don't have their number and I was offer an email address. I sent an email with my complaint and asked for a refund. There was no response to that email so I called again and I told them that I would like my money back. Few days after I was told that there was no stock ( over a month). On the 26th I received a called to offer me another product and I told the lady that I am not interested, I would like my money back and she said she will send me an email stating which documents I needed to submit for them to do a refund. I am still waiting for my money but nothing as been said. And I am still with no bed or my money back. I am beyond devastated and disgusted by their service!!!!!
