FAILURE TO REFUND

I made a layby at the Highlands Mews store and paid R2100. On December 14th, I went to the store and sought a refund, filled out the paperwork, and the consultant promised me that the money will reflect in 2-14 days.

I decided to contact the customer service line today because I had not received my money. The consultant is now informing me that the finance department has not yet accepted my refund and that once they do, I will have to wait 7 days before it reflects on my account.
