Faculty Bed

I am so unhappy with the company services and the product it’s self . I bought a double bed in January. The bed seemed fine when it arrived and couldn’t see any faults . As the months went by the bed was making noises and the bed is sinking down this was around April or May . I reported to the company that the bed the gave me has a factory fault and during that process I struggled to get through. Finally a lady called and scheduled that the bed will be taken on the 28-08-2024 but they didnt show . I sacrificed not going to work to wait for them . They never even called me back to apologise or explain . Their trashy bed is here I can’t even sleep on it . It has less than a year . I’m so disgusted by the company
