Extremely unhappy client

I bought a bed from Sleepmasters. When i received the bed i slept on it i realised it was too hard it hurt my body. In addition, the sections between the corner edges felt like it was collapsed and the centre edges you could actually feel the hardness like springy. I contacted Sleepmasterd twice, I was given a reference number the first time and the second time the guy said he would message me with the reference number. To date, nothing. They have still not collect the bed, still waiting for a refund. R5000 is not money i have lying around. Th is is the worst service i have ever received of any kind.
