Extremely poor service delivery

The overall service from the Ballito team to the customer service team was so poor. I was firstly asked by Sli at Ballito to leave a positive review which was then followed by lazy and inconsiderate service. The was constant follow up and excuses made re the EFT payment. And the bed was sent to the wrong delivery address. The customer service team made it our problem to redirect the delivery of the bed. We still don’t have the matter sorted.
