Extremely poor service above and beyond Yerrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

To whom it may concern.

I don't know what to do anymore, I have been dealing with the southgate store since October last year. My complaint reference number is SM-SLEE-***. I was told i need to pay R600 for an upgrade and I have done so now, sent proof of payment to the store and restonic warehouse.

Every time I call the store I get excuses saying Zane will assist and up to now I have not been assisted.

Can I please get my bed and part ways with the store I can't deal with this anymore. Somebody senior please intervene. This is bad customer service hence I have decided to lay a formal complaint.

The service from the store is very bad, extremely disappointing.
