Extremely poor service

I ordered the bed on Friday the 24th of November and they said same day delivery but I was only contacted on Tuesday the 28th of November by Sleepmasters Midrand, about 7 km away from my house, and I told them to come at 3pm and they said they will do so. The bed only arrived at 9pm and to make things worse, the delivery guy also had an attitude.
