Extremely bad service

Very bad service and dishonesty, empty promises. I bought a bed for my Grandmother's birthday and they promised to deliver it two days before, but they never did and without any explanation or a courtesy to call and explain whatever. When I called them they told me it's out for delivery for thoose two day and after that they just didn't bother to pick up my calls.
