Extremely bad Admin and Clearing of amount

My wife and I bought a bed at one of your Shops in Postmasburg. We made 3 x R800 cash Payments and R500. Also we have a debit order set for the 26th for R495. Now we are suddenly in areas? We made sure every month a debit order went off. How can a person who never misses a payment + Pay extra can be in areas? Now its becoming my problem to leave work and draw bank statements? I phoned the collections department and they said our account is paid and cant see why we are in areas??? What nonsense is this. Please sort this out or I will be taking legal action against Sleepmasters
