Expensive yet poor quality

I bought a bed last year in October and the bed was quite expensive so I expected quality with a 10 year warranty, however this year not even 10 months down the line the bed started squeaking and the springs were protruding and the bed started falling in so i sent a complaint now i get told they are gonna fetch the bed however it takes 2-3 weeks manufacturing process so im supposed to stay 2-3 weeks without a bed I am really ****ed I did not sign up for this the bed was paid cash and i had to pay a delivery fee so please sleepmasters I refuse to be inconvenienced like this
