Exchange of base mattress

I have been waiting for the exchange of my base mattress for more than a month now from Sleepmaster Kwagga Centre.I was told to pay certain amount for which I did everytime im told its approved but my base its not coming the lady is so helpful but their warehouse it's a disaster
