Exchange

I bought a bed + head board from Sleepmasters in Jabulani Mall Soweto. The bed and headboard were delivered and i was not happy with the size of the heardboard, I told the agent the same day to exchange it, I was told its not possible. I called their call center and an agent assisted me, without explaining that the process has to be done at store level, she processed my ticket and told me that the head board will be collected same week Thursday 21/03/2024. As i speak its not yet collected, there's more stories now of how it cannot be collected because its passed the 7 DAYS - Which the store agent and customer care agent never mentioned to me.

Now i am expected to pay for something i don't like and i am absolutely not happy with!
