If i could give a 0 i would. warehouse staff are rude and unhelpful. its taken 1 week just to confirm a delivery date , which they still cant give me... this after not delivering on the original date planned.... customer care agents are limited to logging tickets only. they cannot assist with anything. On the actual website, the agents take almost 20 minutes to respond to a query, and then you wait another 20 min before they respond again,
