Empty useless promises

Day 9 No mattress..... I was promised I would have the mattress within a week as all the other companies could deliver the next day and I felt sorry for the salesman. Its day 9 and now that its a public holiday tomorrow they have moved delivery to day 14....unacceptable. I have given them until close of business on Monday to deliver if not I will request a full refund. Please do not do business with these people!!!
