Empty promises on delivery of goods

I brought a bed on the 26 November 2021 and they promise that they will deliver the bed within two working days but it took them far more than that. Everyday Jeneath the saleswoman will assure you that the bed will be delivered and you will cancel your plans and wait until the next day. So guys please take your customers serious and fix your communication with your delivery company.
