Dumb facebook consultant

I asked to get assistance regarding my order....instead the consultant on facebook said I must send through a complaint so I can get further assistance. I requesting something so small

May a knowledgeable consultant please assist me! I will also send through a complaint via email. You need to s**** your consultants to assist your clients ....your social media ppl can't be giving us dumb responses
