dont ever buy a sleepmater bed

I procured a bed in September 2017 and phoned the company where I bought my sleepmaster and explained that my bed is making a funny noise they immediately logged the call to sleepmaster. I received sms's and nothing else. after 8 sms's the final sms came through stating the matter was resolved yet nobody came out to look at my bed. I then phoned the sleepmaster and they told me that they will get back to me. After a month I phoned the store again and explained everything to the sales consultant and they logged another call. TODAY I feel fed up as my body hurting, you can feel the spring when you on the bed, you get on the bed and it sounds like a 5 year old bed with a strange sound that follows after a minute. I explained all of this to a gentleman called Miles from sleep master and he then made as if its the stores problem and as if they did not log a any calls. WELL SLEEPMASTERS name is on my bed and SLEEPMASTER must take responsibility for this manufacturing problem not the store, not me SLEEPMASTER.

They don't even apologize for their mistakes or the mess they leave you in. I have been paying for the past 3 months for a faulty bed that I cannot sleep on, I have to sleep next to daughter in her bed just so that I don't have to be tired in the morning when I go to work.

I WOULD LIKE TO TELL ANY PERSON WHO ARE PLANNING ON PURCHASING A BED OF MATTRESS, DO NOT PURCHASE SLEEPMASTER.
