Dont buy from this business

I purchased a bed from Sleepmasters in Brackenhurst on the 3rd May 2024 with the specific instruction to deliver the bed on the 6th May 2024. Caroline at the store promised me that this will be done as I have sold my old bed and would need the bed on the 6th in order to sleep in a bed. On the 6th May 2024 I have spoken to Caroline from the store on several occasions to confirm the delivery and she stated that she send her driver to collect the bed. Needless to say they did not deliver the bed which led to me sleeping on the floor. I broke my pelvis and the fact that I had to sleep on the floor aggravated my injuries. What concerns me is that Caroline stated that the driver is at the warehouse to collect the bed but later the driver stated that he missed collecting the bed with 3 minutes. Someone is lying. I have tried phoning their customer service line to speak to a manager to get involved but they are not available and no one has their numbers not even the store. This company does not care about clients. I have purchased my complete bedroom suit from them but that will be the last time I ever do business with them. Before you buy from this business please be aware that they are quick to take your cash but they lie and dont care about the customer at the end of the day.
