Don't buy from Sleepmasters

I bought a bed from sleepmasters. Only to realise the bed has been badly eaten by mould and the wood badly rotten. I filed a complaint at the store( sleepmasters Kuruman) and also on their online platform. The feedback i got was that I am lying the bed was in perfect condition regardless of the fact that I had pictures and videos showing the bad condition of the bed. I am so disappointed with how they treated the whole issue. More so blaming me for receiving a bed in a bad condition. I won't advice anyone to buy anything from sleepmasters. Their customer service really sucks. They just after our money but don't care about giving us good quality beds.
