DO NOT SHOP HERE

I purchased a bed from Sleepmasters Lakeside mall less than 2 months ago. I Contacted them over 2 weeks ago to ask for a refund as the bed has already collapsed, sinking in the middle, creaking wood , which is causing sleepless nights. Despite their website stating they offer refunds, the employees insist they will not refund. On top of that, they shift blame to their supplier for delays with exchanges, they have also started avoiding my calls. Disgusted by the managers "its not our fault" attitude. More than 2 weeks later and still no closer to a solution from them. Will be contacting a lawyer for further action.
